Cottage in the city
Olivella Suite is a restored country house located in the quaint area Olivella the historical center of Palermo, closed to traffic, in a renovated building.
This is a Biohouse provided with solar panels, which were used with non-toxic paint finishes of particular value: wooden gabled roof, brick floors , antique tiles inlaid in the floor, wooden window frames .
A few meters away is also available at the Studio "Al Teatro Massimo"
- than the 4 traditional markets: Capo, Borgo Vecchio, Vucciria, Ballarò is a 5 minute walk;
- than Politeama, Teatro Massimo, Al Teatro Massimo, Teatro Biondo, Teatro Bellini are just a few tens of meters;
- than main monuments: the palaces of Palermo Liberty, the Archaeological Museum, the Oratory of S. Cita and San Domenico, the Cathedral, the Martorana, Piazza of Shame, the Focacceria San Francesco;
- the bus stop to the airport is about 300 meters, the Central Station is easily accessible, the bus to the seaside towns are a 3 minute walk
The Studio
Olivella Suite ecological house, situated in the characteristic historical center of Palermo. Once the headquarters of the association of holistic disciplines, now renovated according to the principles of Organic Construction.
The suite
Comparable to a mountain hut, there are 4 or 5 beds and consists of hallway, living room with kitchenette, large loft with double bed, room for 2 or 3 persons with balcony (double glazing) and bathroom.
